Taken Director to Helm The Hitman’s Bodyguard

Pierre Morel, who brought us the Liam Neeson-starring Taken as well as From Paris With Love and District 13, is reportedly in negotiations for action film The Hitman’s Bodyguard.

The story follows a protection agent who escorts a hitman to the Hague so that he can testify against a war criminal.

The script has been penned by Tom O’Connor (Fire With Fire).

There is no news yet as to who might star in the project, though it will be a two-hander so there are two male leads to fill.
